I cannot say enough good things about Titan Decks. From start to finish, they provided outstanding service, excellent communication, and exceptional workmanship.

My project ran into multiple delays with the county permitting process, none of which were Titan Decks’ fault. What impressed me most was how they handled it. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained what was happening, and never left me wondering where things stood. That level of communication and customer service is unfortunately rare these days.

Once construction was underway, the quality of their work spoke for itself. The craftsmanship is excellent, the attention to detail is outstanding, and the finished deck exceeded my expectations. Everything looks incredibly well built and professionally finished. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about delivering a quality product rather than simply getting to the next job.

Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the materials, workmanship, and level of service provided.

If you are looking for a company that combines excellent craftsmanship, fair pricing, great communication, and genuinely outstanding customer service, I would absolutely recommend Titan Decks. Even with circumstances outside their control slowing the project down, they stayed on top of everything and made the entire experience as painless as possible.

I am extremely happy with the finished deck and would hire Titan Decks again without hesitation. Five stars absolutely earned.

We had a great experience with Titan Decks, especially working with Kyle and his brother Josh. From the beginning, they listened carefully to what we wanted and worked with us to come up with an affordable price. They even made renditions of what our finished deck would look like, which was very helpful in visualizing the project.

They did much more than just build the deck. They installed stone siding, stone window sills, and trim around the windows and the door facing the deck. They also took care of several carpentry repairs, including replacing and repairing rotten wood.

Kyle and Josh worked hard throughout the project and communicated very well with us. When a few issues came up, they came back and took care of them, which we really appreciated.

We recently had a deck built by Titan Decks LLC, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the project. They checked in regularly, kept us updated on progress, and were always available to answer questions.

One thing I really appreciated was how much time they spent helping us understand our options. They showed us different material choices, explained the pros and cons, and worked with us to come up with a design that fit what we wanted at a fair price. The best part is that the finished deck looks just like the design we agreed on.

What stood out the most was how they treated our project. It was probably a smaller job compared to some of the larger projects they do, but we never felt that way. They gave us the same attention, professionalism, and care from beginning to end. After everything was finished, they even followed up to make sure we were happy with the final result. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
